We recognise that a diverse range of thoughts, experiences and skills is key to the success of our firm. We aspire to create an environment where everyone is included, can give their best, and has a voice – irrespective of their culture, religious belief, colour, sex, sexuality, gender, disability, marital status, background, or physical appearance.
Equal opportunities at every level, and a commitment to diversity of leadership over time, are fundamental to this aspiration. We also recognise our obligation to effect change at a societal level.

Our DEI Committee
There are three sub-groups in our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee that focus on some areas we believe are key to the success of our business and the wellbeing of our employees.
Sustainability
Coller Capital has a Sustainability team which is responsible for our ESG footprint across our offices, as well as our relationships with suppliers.
Much of their work relates to the consideration of sustainability and ESG factors in the procurement of goods and services, and in general building/facilities management.

Cyber governance
Coller Capital has established strong governance around cyber security and has developed an Information security programme, with the Senior cyber security manager reporting directly to the COO. Cyber security is treated as a significant business risk.
